Missouri Archaeological SocietyActivity

We are pleased to announce that we again received a grant from the L-A-D Foundation to continue our summer training program. Working in partnership with the Mark Twain National Forest, the program will continue at the Piney River Narrows Natural Area in Texas County. This area is owned by the L-A-D Foundation and is located at the confluence of the Big Piney and Little Piney rivers. The activity is tentatively scheduled for June 6–10.
The program will be open to ages 12 and up and will be limited to 15 participants.
Planning for the 2022 training session is in the early stages. More information will be announced to the MAS membership soon.
